From Corporate Leadership to Coaching
Subha began her career in the corporate world, spending over 15 years at Citibank in senior leadership roles. As a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Bank, she led high-performance teams across geographies, managed complex operational environments, and drove results in high-risk, high-accountability contexts. She worked across geographies in critical people management roles that delivered operational excellence and client delight. The workplace was a delightful learning ground for leadership skills and to experience the joy of bringing your A-game to your work and building your team and their careers.
Her corporate experience gave her a deep understanding of what leadership looks like in real environments - under pressure, amid ambiguity, and within systems that demand both precision and empathy.
In 2015, RainKraft Creative Solutions came to life to blend her expertise in business, operations, and leadership into impactful coaching and learning programs. She has since coached leaders and teams across industries, from startups to global firms, helping them lead with clarity, confidence, and a people-first mindset.
After 25 years in industry, she now partners with professionals and organizations navigating similar complexity — helping them build clarity, capability, and confidence.
Subha is an alumnus of engineering at BITS, Pilani, business management at XLRI Jamshedpur and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also trained for the ICF Advanced Certification in
Team Coaching (ACTC) credential.

From writing to discovering new podcasts and creating her own show to meeting young and growing managers and leaders and giving and learning from them, to warm conversations helping someone feel a little less muddled and a little more confident in facing the world. RainKraft was born in 2015 out of a deep desire to create a lasting impact on people and businesses.
