OUR FOUNDER
Subha Chandrasekaran
Subha started her career as a banking professional and was with Citibank NA for 15 years in Operations and Technology functions. She worked across geographies in critical people management roles that delivered operational excellence and client delight. The workplace was a delightful learning ground for leadership skills and to experience the joy of bringing your A-game to your work and building your team and their careers.
She has discovered, bit by bit, that she thrives in an environment where she can do different things each day, catering to the multi-potentate in her! From writing to discovering new podcasts and creating her own show to meeting young and growing managers and leaders and giving and learning from them, to warm conversations helping someone feel a little less muddled and a little more confident in facing the world. RainKraft was born in 2015 out of a deep desire to create a lasting impact on people and businesses.
As a coach, Subha brings expertise and genuine care to every interaction. Her personalized approach ensures that your goals and aspirations are at the forefront of the coaching process. With her guidance, you'll gain clarity, develop strategies, and take confident steps towards your professional aspirations.
