All coaching sessions are conducted online and by appointment only.
Fees are payable in advance to confirm your booking.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
Downloadable resources are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
RainKraft reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Payment data is processed securely by third-party providers like Razorpay.
You may request deletion of your data anytime by emailing us.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Here's how we handle cancellations:

You may cancel or reschedule a paid session up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.
Downloadable products are non-refundable once delivered.
